Experiential Event Production Services
the builds, the structures, the technical infrastructure. This ensures the experience your
audience has is exactly what was imagined at the brief stage, not a compromise of it.
We work with agencies, brand teams, and creative directors across London and the UK
to bring experiential concepts to life. Whether it's a pop-up activation in a retail
environment, an immersive installation for a product launch, or a live brand experience
at a festival, we have the crew, the kit, and the experience to make it happen.
What Does Experiential Event Production Include?
Experiential production covers the full range of physical and technical elements that bring an activation or installation to life. At Passa, that typically includes:
Set design and build: bespoke scenic fabrication and structural builds tailored to the concept
Temporary structures: marquees, modular builds, and custom frameworks for any environment
AV and technical production: sound, lighting, video, and interactive technology
Rigging: certified structural rigging for overhead elements, scenic, and AV
Power distribution: temporary power supply and distribution for any site
Prop sourcing and fabrication: custom props and sourced items to complete the look
Event logistics: crew management, transport, load-in and load-out coordination
On-site production management: a dedicated PM to oversee delivery from build to breakdown
Our Experiential Event Production Process
Experiential production doesn’t follow a neat straight line — the concept evolves, the site throws surprises, and the brief can shift as the creative comes into focus. Our process is built to handle that without it becoming your problem.
- Understanding the concept
We don’t start with a production schedule. We start by getting into the idea — what the brand is trying to say, what the audience should feel, and what the environment needs to do. The more we understand the creative intent upfront, the better we can build something that actually delivers it.
- Translating creative into buildable
Once the concept is clear, we move into the technical planning phase. Structural feasibility, site constraints, AV requirements, power, rigging, and logistics are all worked through and sense-checked against the creative. If something isn’t buildable as envisioned, we flag it early and work with you to find a solution that doesn’t compromise the outcome.
- Fabrication and prep
Custom elements are fabricated and sourced in advance. Equipment is tested. Crew are briefed on the concept, not just the schedule, because on an experiential build, everyone on site needs to understand what they’re building towards.
- The build
We work quickly and cleanly on site, managing the physical environment with the creative vision front of mind. We leave enough time to refine before doors open, because experiential builds rarely emerge exactly as the render.
- On-site throughout
Our production manager and crew are with you for the full activation, not just the build. We manage the technical side so you can focus on the brand, the client, and the audience.
- Breakdown and close-out
We manage the full de-rig and leave the site clean. For phased rollouts or touring activations, we document everything from the build so each subsequent installation is faster and smoother than the last.
Experiential Events We Produce
- Brand Activations
- Physical brand moments built to be experienced rather than observed. We handle the full production, from the structure and set build to AV and on-site management, so the activation shows up the way the brand intended.
- Product Launch Experiences
- When a product needs to make a first impression, the production has to keep up. We build the environments and deliver the technical infrastructure that gives a launch the impact it deserves.
- Immersive Installations
- Multi-sensory environments where the build itself is the experience. We work closely with creative teams to construct installations that are technically sound and visually uncompromising.
- Pop-Up Experiences
- Temporary doesn’t mean basic. We produce pop-up experiences that are fully realised, efficiently built, and ready to perform from the moment doors open.
- Live Experiential Environments
- Events where the audience is inside the experience rather than watching it. We design and deliver the production infrastructure that makes these environments feel complete rather than constructed.
- Interactive Event Builds
- Builds with a participatory element, touchpoints, tech integrations, and physical interactions that need to work reliably under real audience conditions. We make sure they do.
- Hybrid & Digital-Physical Experiences
- Live experiences with a connected digital layer. We manage the full technical setup, keeping the physical and digital sides working as one so neither undermines the other.
- Technical Production for Experiential Events
- Sometimes the creative is set and you just need a production team that can execute it to a high standard. We come in, understand the concept, and deliver the technical side without any friction.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Where do you provide experiential event production?
- We’re based in London and work across the UK. Most of our experiential work is in London, but we regularly deliver activations in Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, and at events across Europe. We have the crew and supplier network to operate wherever the brief takes us.
- Can you work with agencies or in-house teams?
- Yes, and it’s something we do regularly. We’re used to operating as the production partner to agencies, creative studios, and brand teams who have the concept but need the technical and physical delivery handled. We integrate with your team from the start and work to your creative direction throughout.
- How far in advance should we book?
- For experiential builds with custom fabrication or complex technical requirements, 8–12 weeks is ideal. For smaller activations or more straightforward technical briefs, we can often move faster. If you’re working to a tighter timeline, reach out, we’ll be straight with you about what’s deliverable and work to make it happen.
- Do you handle event logistics and crew?
- Yes, we handle event logistics and crew. Logistics are built into how we work. We manage crew scheduling, transport, load-in and load-out plans, and on-site coordination throughout the activation. You’ll have a production manager on the ground who knows the brief inside out, so you’re not managing the build, we are.
