Brand activation production covers everything needed to take a concept from paper to physical reality. At Passa, that includes:

Our Brand Activation Production Process
Brand activations have a different kind of pressure to them. The window is short, the location is often unpredictable, and the build needs to land immediately, there’s no warm-up. Here’s how we approach it.
- Scoping the site and the concept together. Activations live in the real world like retail floors, high streets, festival sites, car parks. We treat the physical environment as part of the brief from day one. If we can get eyes on the site early, we will. If not, we work from detailed specs and ask the right questions to make sure nothing surprises us on build day.
- Working to your timeline, not ours. Activation timelines are often tighter than anyone would like. We’re used to it. Once the scope is confirmed, we move quickly, locking in crew, sourcing materials, confirming logistics, and getting custom elements into fabrication without sitting on it.
- The build. Efficient, clean, and done to a standard the brand would be proud of. We know how to work fast in environments that weren’t built for events, limited access, awkward power runs, tight footprints. That’s the job, and we’re good at it.
- On-site for the duration. For the duration of the activation, our team is on hand. Technical issues get handled before they’re visible. The build stays looking the way it was intended to look, not how it ends up after a few hours of footfall.
- De-rig and reset. We break down efficiently and leave the space as we found it. For brands running the same activation across multiple locations, we refine the process each time, what took four hours on the first build takes two by the third.

- Yes, we’re based in London but work on activations across the UK. From major retail locations in Manchester and Birmingham to outdoor events in Bristol, Edinburgh, and beyond. We have the crew, the logistics, and the supplier relationships to operate wherever the activation is taking place.
- Can you work with agencies or in-house teams?
- Yes, and it’s one of the most common ways we work. We come in as the production partner, handling the physical and technical delivery while you or your agency leads on creative and client direction. We integrate with your workflow, respect your briefing process, and keep you informed throughout without needing to be managed.
- Can you support large-scale or complex activations?
- Absolutely. We’ve delivered large-format builds, multi-location rollouts, and technically complex installations for some of the world’s most recognised brands including Nike, Adidas, and Dyson. Scale and complexity are things we plan for, not things we worry about.
- How far in advance should we book?
- For activations with custom fabrication or significant build requirements, 8-12 weeks gives us the best chance to deliver everything properly. For simpler briefs we can often move faster. Get in touch with your timeline and we’ll be honest about what’s workable.
- Do you handle event logistics and crew?
- Yes, we manage crew, transport, load-in and load-out, and on-site coordination throughout the activation. A dedicated production manager is on the ground from the first build day through to sign-off on de-rig.
- Do you provide build and production only or creative too?
- Our expertise is in production and technical delivery. We don’t lead on creative strategy or brand direction, that’s your territory. But we work closely with creative teams and are experienced at translating concepts into builds that do justice to the original idea. If there are structural or technical constraints that affect the creative, we’ll flag them early so you can adapt the design, not compromise it at the last minute.
